1976年の創業以来、世界中のあらゆるファッションやカルチャーを日本に紹介し、数々の定番商品を生み出してきたBEAMS。私たちは洋服だけにとどまらず、常に時代の半歩先の良質なライフスタイルを提案してきました。
一方、物質的な豊かさよりも精神的な豊かさを重視するようになってきている現代のライフスタイルにおいて、ある意味で日本的ともいえるミニマルな価値観やデザインは、ジャンルの境界線を越えてあらゆる分野で私たちの日常生活に取り入れられつつあります。
2009年よりスタートしたこの＜名前のないブランド＞は、これまでに様々な定番品やライフスタイルを提案してきたBEAMSのショップスタッフ2名が、自らの実体験を活かし企画から販売までを手掛ける実験的なブランドです。
世界中の良質な「素材」、徹底的に拘った「縫製」、コーディネートし易いミニマルな「デザイン」によって作られたこれらの洋服は、自分らしく、エイジングを楽しみながら長く着用することが出来るでしょう。
＜名前のないブランド＞は、大量消費時代を経たこれからの定番品として「未来に残る必要最小限のクローゼット」を提案します。
A Brand with No Name
Since the establishment in 1976, BEAMS has been the pioneer of introducing fashion and culture from all over the world. BEAMS has focused on not only clothes, but also to vision high quality lifestyle and culture.
As contemporary lifestyle tends to value spiritual richness than material wealth, the minimal values and designs, which is very “Japanese” in a sense, are expanding beyond the genre boarders and being incorporated in our daily lives.
“A Brand with No Name” is an experimental brand launched in 2009 by two BEAMS staffs who experienced introducing various standard items and lifestyles directly to the customers. They utilize their past experience and engage in every process from designing to selling.
We are confident that these garments made of high quality material selected from all over the world, high standard sewing techniques, and minimal designs easy to coordinate, will satisfy the wearer for a long term of time.
After experiencing the consumeristic culture, “A Brand with No Name” presents standard items that will compose “A minimal closet that will remain existing in the future”.
